Kelly M. Sweeney

Kelly M. Sweeney is the Chief Executive Office of Michigan-based Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 1975, and has taken part in numerous postgraduate seminars in the fields of real estate appraisal, property assessment administration and brokerage management.

Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Kelly served as the City Assessor and Treasurer for the City of Birmingham, Michigan. He joined Weir Manuel as a real estate agent more than two decades ago. His successful sales career lead to management, and he purchased the company in 2000, at which time he became president of the brokerage.

Kelly is the current president and past treasurer of the Michigan Consolidated Association of REALTORS® and a previous member of the Birmingham-Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He also served on the Board of Directors for MiRealSource, as well as the Birmingham Event Chairman for the Woodward Avenue Dream Cruise.

Kelly is a recipient of the Birmingham-Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year Award, the REALTOR® of the Year award and the Birmingham Community House Community Service Award.
